Top Debuts: 1974-1978

Hey guys! So my long weekend is coming to a close and I didn’t get done what I thought I was going to. I am still trying to catch up on the tabs and I still need to do the post for this week. I am going to be really busy today trying to get most of that done. Anyway for today’s post I have the next installment in the Top Debuts Series. His time it is 1974-1978. So let’s get started.

1974

Shalawn- This was the top debut for girls in 1974 and was given to 70 babies. I couldn’t find the meaning of Shalawn. In 2011, no babies were given this name.

Nakia- This was the top debut for boys in 1974 and was given to 611 babies. Nakia means pure, faithful in Egyptian. In 2011, 8 babies were given this name.

1975

Azure- This was the top debut for girls in 1975 and was given to 121 babies. Azure means sky blue in Spanish. In 2011, 29 babies were given this name.

Viet- This was the top debut for boys in 1975 and was given to 23 babies. Viet means ruin in Vietnamese. In 2011, 7 babies were given this name.

1976

Tynisa- This was the top debut for girls in 1976 and was given to 76 babies. Tynisa means named after the north African country in African. In 2011, no babies were given this name.

Delvecchio- This was the top debut for boys in 1976 and was given to 27 babies. I couldn’t find the meaning of Delvecchio. In 2011, no babies were given this name.

1977

Kizzy- This was the top debut for girls in 1977 and was given to 1,115 babies. Kizzy means cassia in Hebrew. In 2011 no babies were given this name.

Levar- This was the top debut for boys in 1977 and was given to 523 babies. Levar is an American English name. In 2011, 21 babies were given this name.

1978

Enjoli- This was the top debut for girls in 1978 and was given to 35 babies. Enjoli means pretty in French. In 2011 6 babies were given this name.

Mychal- This was the top debut for boys in 1978 and was given to 59 babies. Mychal means who resembles God in Hebrew. In 2011, 16 babies were given this name.
